One of the first photos taken during our honeymoon in Natal, on the north-eastern coast of Brazil. Natal's beaches are known to be one of the best in Brazil and since I had not visited them yet, I chose Natal as our honeymoon spot. Truly magnificent, the beaches lived up to their reputation...white sand, blue-green oceanwater and best of all, great weather for the time we were there.

As is the case on most honeymoons, photos of the honeymooners are hard to take when there's only two people and both need to be in the photo. So the self-timer on my brother =isacg 's camera was the method used to get this shot and most others. The angle is low because I had no tripod, so I placed the camera on a rock that was inches above the rising tide...each wave menaced to make the camera a diver's find.

A filter was used to get the sky color and enhance the blue in the ocean's water. There's a few other great photos I took and I'll be posting them here this next week.
