Square collection of beautiful photos

Wow, it's so calm! I like the silhouette of the plants in front of the colors of the lake, and the shade from the trees and on the lake feel balanced. The colors have a nice contrast.
It makes me wonder; do you go places planning to take pictures, bring a camera everywhere and take a picture when you see a scene you want to shoot, or both? -- Very pretty shot, its really quite well done and the depth is gorgeous.

But I try to have it in the car when I'm out so in case I see something exciting, I can go grab it.
The more you have it with you though, the more diverse your shots will be, because to go on photo shoots you are stuck with mostly landscapes or night shots. -- There are two essential basic strategies for success in photography: 1. Never reveal all you know. Really lovely colours. There is a great calming, soothing feel to this shot. Nice work!
