Our ride home from Oiapoque on the border with French Guiana was this small six-seater aircraft - a Piper Saratoga made by Embraer. A quick tropical shower hit right before we left so we waited indoors for the rain to subside. This photo was taken right after the sunshower, using a tobacco lens filter.

Yea, I have been really busy lately and I haven't had much time. I recently traveled around Europe for a few months so I have a lot more pictures to post. Now that school is less hectic I am going to try to post more.

But great work!

I shot about 25 gigs worth with my new Canon 30D I picked up. I am reasonably impressed with the 17-40 f/4 L lens.

I guess that works out around 6000 pictures in 3 months. It was a pretty good trip. I will have more when I get a chance to process them. I have posted one so far in my gallery.
