The Emotions Contest: 487 Entries.. CLOSED!

And so the contest finally comes to a close. We have had an enormous number of entries this time and I'm really thrilled that so many have chosen to partipate. There are some amazing deviations here brought to us by some very talented individuals..

Now comes the hardest part for us, the judges. We're going to be choosing among ourselves, the best 10 photos out of these 487 entries. Please allow for 1 to 3 days to process these choices. It's going to be a lot of hard work, believe me.

After the judges have decided on the top 10, we will be posting up journal polls on all of our pages. You will then have one week to vote on your favourite photo. The winners will be announced the day after the polls close. I'll provide further information once we have selected the top 10 images.

    I have to say, this contest has me quite excited :P

    I don't have access to a digital camera (well... I do... but it's not worth the plastic it's made of... blech) and I don't know the chances of getting the money for film and developing... but I'll try to get involved.

    If I can't, I'll still anxiously await the entries. This should be good... :nod:

    Oh, just theoretically...
    If you won first place and never intended to use a prints account, could you choose someone else for it to go to? :?

    two more questions: does it have to be of a human? or can it be of any subject matter?

    second, can it be a deviation we've already submitted? Do we have to remove the deviation during the contest?
