Webmail all around (gmail/Horde where applicable), but I load up Thunderbird every now and then so that I have a local copy.

At work it's pure Outlook.

SeaMonkey! It has the browser, email, HTML composer, IRC Chat, address book and a calendar addon.

I use Gmail all of the way. I have a lot of different e-mail addresses, but it is nice to have them all forwarded to Gmail so I can check my mail from anywhere.

I probably average less and 1 email a day though. Unless you want to count the amount of spam I get. :/
